Music is "Best Friend"

We do not have any Jack pups !

animated paws walking

We are owned by a Jack Russell Terrier, "Trivet". Living with these tenacious terriers makes each day a new challenge. They should not be the animal of choice for those that are weak at heart. Any feathered or furred creature can become prey in an instant. On the other hand they are loving and loyal companions that can have you rolling on the floor with their antics! We also have 2 Border Collies, "Tag" our working farm dog & Syri my Flyball Sport Dog. Border Collies are another very active breed that don't always make good pets because of their energy level and need for a job. Please do extensive research into the  natural instincts  of these dogs before getting either of these breeds. It will save allot of heart ache rather than having to give up an animal you weren't prepared for.

This property protected by Jack Russell security system JR dam watching over basket of pups I can make it to the fence in 3 seconds, can you?

"Trivet"

Born: 11/08/97                 Bred at Cllynncopa Stud in Orton, Ontario.

Trivet is a 11 inch smooth coat spayed female, white with tan patches on both sides of her head.  She was one of our Flyball team height dogs.

Trivet has now retired from flyball after having  2 Cruciate surgeries on her hind legs. She will remain a mascot for the Dog-On -It Flyball team and become our resident couch potato.

He went to his first tournament in Caledonia - June 5& 6 /99 and he now has over 2500 points. Tag had some great fun playing this game but would never excel at this sport. Due to health problems unrelated to flyball, Tag is now retired from flyball but is still an active stock dog on our farm.

Our Cats

"Dini"       Born: 03/14/99     at Oak Run Farm, Caledon East

The name "Dini" is short for Houdini, this cat gets in & out of some of the strangest places by some unknown power. She is a Calico Van (more white than colour) spayed female and lives in our barn. She is a mighty hunter, she is often scurrying around after mice, rats & birds. She sometimes over does it by pouncing on the calves, one of the dogs or even sometimes us. She loves to climb inside vehicles and more than once a visitor has had to return her to us.

"Spats"       Born: '97
